I had no idea what a Chancellor was before a spiritual warfare conference I was attending, and the
Lord knew it. To make sure I received the full impact of the vision, he had me sit next to a dear soul
sister that had been working with College Chancellors for over two decades. As mentioned, I was at
this conference hoping to learn how to take back His Kingdom specifically related to a Watchmen
project.

As I glanced up to the ceiling, the entire roof melted away and along each wall, I saw three
thrones. Not the magnificent thrones from the throne room but none the less impressive thrones.
The vision was quite comical, the 12 beings in the thrones were peering intently down upon us as if
they wanted to be engaged directly in the conversation.

Telepathically I welcomed them, (yes, I have learned manners in heaven too) and asked them
why they were here. They simply said, “We are the chancellors and whatever is decided in this
meeting will be administered in heaven”. Well, you can imagine, I felt like I had hit the jackpot!

I told my dear friend and asked her what Chancellors do, she said, “Well they administrate.” This
was the second strategy of heaven I was so desperately missing. I had obtained verdicts from the
court and could ask the angels and the Cloud of Witnesses for help on Earth but had no idea that
Chancellors were there to legislate the verdict!

Your heavenly Chancellors are ready to administrate your verdict. To conceptualize the depth of
the verdicts, read the ensuing Gates titled Courts. In the member’s section, you will be able to study
the court systems in heaven and learn how to legislate and shift atmospheres through heavenly
court cases. You will also understand that once the verdict is issued there are still various avenues
that must be executed, one of which is through the Chancellors. It will be my joy to share what I
