He Is Painting A Picture To Show You That: We Govern Time!

Ephesians 1:10 As a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

What if the Picture He is painting is to show you that we in fact Govern Time?

I keep hearing that we are living in such uncertain times. Can I say, with sympathy, that the reason people feel this way is not because of where we are in the global timeline but instead our linear interpretation of the timeline? The Lord showed me this graph and began to explain TIME to me. The second graph depicts the way His Sons should reign over time (as opposed to what we are doing now).

What if time is simply the construct of your own preconditions of time? We have grown up in a world dictated to by time, we live our lives within that preconceived boundary. I was the perfect example of being enslaved by time. I used to suffer from debilitating migraines because of the burden of limited time. So, in order to cheat time, I would have a “to-do” list with 15-minute increments. The endless upswings and downswings in my spiritual growth were the only constant in my life. Currently, I don’t even have an alarm, my body wakes when it needs to, and my day is far more productive than it ever has been.

Here is the key to the kingdom: the Lord showed me through the second graph that every moment we live is not Chronos time, as we have been taught to believe. But in fact, it is a Kairos opportunity. The truth is that once this fact strips your core concept of time, the matrix begins. Every challenge you face when fighting the clock can either be made by running against time. OR you can switch your mindset to realize you control time as a function of your Kairos timeline!

Does that mean that you will finish your list of A-Z faster? Faster is the operative word here. If you submit to Heavenly Father and rise above the current crisis by asking, “What would you have me do Abba?” I can unequivocally advocate that you will indeed finish your list faster. The list, however, will be the byproduct of a robust life of efficient kingdom living! The latter should be our primary goal as citizens of heaven i.e. to ride the upward curve of eternal advancement (graph 2).

Finishing faster, however, may not be His long-term goal for you. Maybe it was just that you needed to spend some much-needed time pouring into some lost soul or recalibrate with your child on the sofa. The issue here is that your spiritual growth, as per the graph, will ALWAYS experience exponential growth with the mindset of time serving you instead of v.v. Romans 8:19 is groaning for the sons of God to awaken. What if today, you took every moment as a Kairos moment? An opportunity for spiritual growth, despite the challenge, despite the time, despite the figment of your linear boundaries. I can stand on the fact, that your mental clarity will be stronger, your sense of health will be richer, creation will rejoice and most importantly your Chronos timeline will be ever-ascending!

Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens.

My prayer for you today: Lord let the frequency of these letters jump into the soul of every reader. May we be humble enough to move out of our set neurological pathways into our heavenly ascension through your word. Bring to life every process that we have submitted to time and help us Govern, as your sons, in YOUR will. We thank you for the strength you have endowed us with to successfully navigate the narrow gate and together we stand in one accord that these soil seeds you have planted in our hearts over-ride any preconceived judgements of this world limiting our eternal images. We adore you Abba.
